Order Process:

1. Place Order: Complete your purchase.
2. Contact: A team member will reach out to confirm the exact product dimensions.
3. Production Drawing: We provide a detailed production drawing for review.
4. Drawing Confirmation: You approve the production drawing.
5. Production: Manufacturing begins.
6. Completion & Shipping: Once production is finished, we arrange door-to-door shipping.

After production, all doors will undergo a test installation at our site. We will verify that all dimensions match the approved drawings before shipping them to you. Additionally, we will send you photos and videos for confirmation prior to packing.

No, you do not need to manage shipping. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout and typically around £80 per door.

We offer a 10-year warranty on all our products. If you encounter any manufacturing defects, you are eligible for a refund, return, or repair.
